Based in historic Ybor City, Florida, Third Lake Design + CM Services is a dynamic group of individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who have over 70 years of combined industry knowledge and expertise. We believe in creating a space for our clients to thrive in. It is our passion to pursue inspirational and innovative designs, with a work ethic that prioritizes high quality and excellence in our field.

​Our company serves as a multi-dimensional firm collaborating with owners, developers, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors to minimize project risks and deliver seamless results, without compromising the value and integrity of each project. ALICIA TANNER, AIA, NCARB

President
 

Alicia is a licensed architect and interior designer with both design and construction experience. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University. Alicia has previously sat on the Board of Directors for CREW Tampa Bay and was named their Rising Star in 2018. Alicia has 13 years of industry experience.

Kristy Converse

KRISTY CONVERSE, NCIDQ

Interior Design Project Manager
 

Kristy is the Lead Interior Designer and is a registered Interior Designer in the state of Florida. She has 12 years of industry experience. Kristy earned her Bachelor's degree in interior design at the University of Wisconsin, and completed her internship in Florence, Italy. She has also studied abroad in China, where she focused on Chinese Architecture and Feng Shui.

CARLOS ALVARADO


Project Manager

Carlos has a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s degree in construction management, both from Florida International University. He also has a LEED AP BD+C certification. Carlos has over 12 years of industry experience with eight years of project management experience. He has worked on projects in Germany, England and six states throughout the U.S.



FUN FACT
Carlos was married in Barcelona, Spain and has seen three of the seven wonders of the world.

CHAD BROOKS


Architectural Project Manager

Chad is the Architectural Project Manager and has over 14 years of diverse industry experience. With degrees and certifications in architecture, construction and electrical engineering, he is well-versed in multiple design disciplines and project types. Chad's background and skill set, with an emphasis on green building design (USGBC), has paved the way to working on projects in six states and four countries ranging from high-end residential to multi-family and mixed-use developments. 


FUN FACT
Chad has visited all 50 states, Canada and Mexico.
